We Are HA offer a VPN service to make signing into HA's managed server easier and more secure.
The VPN service will direct traffic to HA's server via a static IP address meaning no more requests to change and add firewall rules. This IP address is also included in our security ignore lists, so you won't get blocked by things like our IDS (intrusion detection system).
All traffic that comes through our VPN is encrypted from your system to the HA's infrastructure, adding yet another layer of security to your systems.
Initial Set Up
- You will need to submit a ticket via our support portal to request this service be set up, once you have your user name and password then continue below
- Browse to vpn.ha247.co.uk
- When logged in click the appropriate link to download the Open VPN Client and install this.
- Once this has been installed you can click Yourself (user-locked profile), within the admin page on vpn.ha247.co.uk. This will enable you to login to the VPN without using your password.
Forgotten Passwords:
If you forget your login details please submit a ticket via our portal and let us know that you need them resetting.
- Make sure no-one else in your organisation is using those login details before we reset them
- You will need to provide us with a mobile number for our Secure Password shipping method
